The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient manufacture and preparation of goods.
Key Duties:
* Operating automated and computer‑controlled production equipment
* Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and output targets are met
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Packing and preparing items ready for dispatch
* Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
* Supporting routine equipment checks and ensuring work areas are kept organised
* Following health and safety procedures at all times

Shift Pattern
You will be required to work on a rotating shift basis:
* Days: Monday to Thursday 05:45 - 14:00, Friday 05:45 - 12:45
* Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 13:45 - 22:00, Friday 12:30 - 19:30
* Nights: Sunday 23:00 - 06:00, Monday to Thursday 21:45 - 06:00

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
* Are comfortable working with machinery and basic computer systems
* Have strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Are reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
* Can adapt to a rotating shift pattern and fast‑moving environment
