£30k - £35k Plus Commission

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling new and used Case IH machinery, including equipment and implements, within a designated area. Your role involves visiting customers to maximize sales opportunities in a courteous and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your sales area.
2. Demonstrate and promote Case IH machinery and equipment to potential customers.
3. Provide accurate product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals effectively.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Branch & Sales Manager.
6. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
7. Attend customer-focused events and exhibitions to promote products and services.
8. Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including CRM updates and reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and its equipment.
* Proven experience in sales, service, or parts within the agricultural sector.
* Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Target-driven with the ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
* Full UK driving licence.
