This is an excellent opportunity to join our highly regarded Student Letting Agent in central Lancaster. We are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join our growing team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work independently and as part of small growing team. You will be required to maintain a high quality of service at all times. We are looking for a mature individual who will hit the ground running and make this role their own.
Previous experience within Lettings is not essential but experience in administration, customer service and IT is preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
· Advertising property listings and arranging photographs
· Managing a portfolio of properties including routine inspections
· Answering calls and dealing with general enquiries
· Dealing with email enquiries across multiple platforms and organising property visits
· Arranging and assisting with Tenants checking in and out of properties
· Processing contractor invoices
· Assisting with issuing application forms, checks and tenancy agreements
· Handling contractor payments
· Inspection reports
· Building Maintenance reports including regular onsite checks
· Arranging and dealing with contractors regarding maintenance works
· Bank reconciliations
· Deposit reconciliation
· Refunding deposits
Personal specification:
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Organised with good attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to work alone and with the team.
The role is set days between Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5.00pm (Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview)
