Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep industry relationships, strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of scaling beauty brands across retail, e-commerce, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

* Own and deliver the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin and growth targets.
* Drive new business development across key channels including retail, wholesale, pharmacies and distributors.
* Identify and unlock new market opportunities across domestic and international territories.

Key Account Management

* Lead and manage relationships with major retailers, distributors and strategic partners.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, margins, MOQs and promotional support.
* Oversee sell-in, sell-through, forecasting and account performance.

Channel & Market Expansion

* Develop channel-specific strategies (retail, wholesale, pharmacy, international distributors).
* Support international expansion by managing distributors and agents.

Commercial Planning & Forecasting

* Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
* Analyse performance data and market trends to inform strategy.
* Set clear targets, KPIs and performance management frameworks.
* Foster a strong commercial culture focused on accountability and growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Partner with Marketing on launches, promotions and go-to-market plans.
* Work with Finance on pricing and profitability.

Skills & Experience

* 2+ years' experience in sales roles within beauty, skincare, cosmetics or personal care.
* Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling brands.
* Strong network of retail, wholesale, and distributor relationships.
* Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and forecasting skills.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Desirable Experience

* Experience with international expansion (EU, US, GCC, APAC).
* Background in both retail and e-commerce channels.
* Familiarity with distributor-led and marketplace models.
* Experience working with fast-growth beauty brands.
