About this Role
Sales isnt just about sellingits about solving problems and building lasting relationships. As a Telesales Executive at Dawsongroup, youll be at the forefront of our Van Ninja Leasing business, helping customers find the right vehicle solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through our product range (this role will involve minimal cold calling)
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise opportunities
Keep our internal systems up to date with accurate customer details
About You
If youre confident on the phone, love talking to people, and have a knack for understanding customer needs, youll thrive in this role. No two days are the same, so adaptability and a proactive approach are key.
Excellent communication skillsyou know how to listen as well as sell

Experience in telesales or customer service is great, but not essential
