Land Surveyor (Monitoring) We are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Land Surveyor to join projects across London. This role is focused on monitoring surveys, so proven experience in structural or ground movement monitoring is essential. You will be working on live construction and infrastructure schemes, providing accurate data to ensure the safety and compliance of high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out precise monitoring surveys to track settlement, movement and deformation in buildings, structures and groundworks. * Set up and maintain monitoring points and equipment (Total Stations, GPS, prisms, automated monitoring systems). * Collect, analyse and process data to produce accurate drawings, plans and reports. * Provide regular updates and reports to project engineers and site management. * Undertake topographical, as-built and other survey tasks to support wider project needs. * Work independently on-site, managing your own schedule and equipment setup.
