Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Patient Porters at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital! This is an exciting opportunity to support our healthcare staff and provide essential services to our patients.
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Contract Length: 3 months
Start Date: 1st August 2025
Working Pattern: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Hours between 7am to 8pm - Must be flexible and able to work weekends
Public Transport and Park and Ride service available - Onsite parking only available for Motorcycles.
About the Role:
As a Patient Porter, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely transporting patients to and from various departments within the hospital.
Assisting patients with mobility needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Supporting healthcare staff with the movement of medical equipment and supplies.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas.
Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
