Care And Support Worker – £13.80 to £14.30 per Hour
Location: The Close, Church Path, Yeovil.
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Care and Support Worker to provide personal, meaningful care to clients across their own homes. The role requires driving and traveling throughout the area to support people to live independently and confidently.

The role is suitable for both newcomers and experienced professionals in social care. You will provide personal, physical and emotional care, assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments, and build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.

Required Criteria
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
