Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Security Systems Service and Fault Engineer located in Wigan. The role involves conducting site service visits to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems. The engineer will provide technical support, ensure proper system functionality, and help maintain customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution. The position includes being on the on-call rota, which is currently 1 week in 8.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Troubleshooting and Serviceing of Security Systems
* Experience in Domestic and Commercial Maintenance & Repair
* Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
* Minimum 3 years experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
* Fire Alarm experience is preffered
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
