Role Summary
As a nursing assistant you will provide support to the ward teams and deliver direct patient care across the whole care pathway.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care including personal care and observation.
* Support patients pre‑operatively and post‑operatively across emergency and elective pathways.
* Work under the supervision of senior staff but also function independently when appropriate.
* Collaborate closely with ward teams, nurses and other professionals; communicate effectively across the team.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Flexible, organised, professional and motivated to deliver holistic care.
* Experience or training in nursing, health care or a related field is desirable.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
