Role Overview
You will liaise directly with airside flight coordinators to capture and communicate key information related to meal figures and aircraft stand number changes. Your responsibilities include checking, filing, and accurately inputting data into our in-house database, and circulating updates to relevant departments promptly.
Key Responsibilities
* Retrieve meal figures received via telex and customer systems for distribution to internal departments.
* Create daily pick lists.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC processes.
* Update and maintain meal figures in the system.
* Print labels for airlines.
* Complete relevant documentation such as Compliance and HACCP reports.
* Report accidents or incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.
* Contribute ideas and support change initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Highly organized, motivated, and able to solve problems within strict deadlines.
* Reliable, accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
* Team player with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently.
* Experience in airline catering industry is preferred.
