Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer to join a well-established construction and civil engineering environment. This role focuses on producing high-quality PQQs, tenders, and proposals, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop win strategies and structured answer plans for bids and tenders
* Review PQQ and tender requirements and plan submission approaches
* Lead assigned bids, including kick-off meetings and coordination of responses
* Produce, edit, and review bespoke tender responses aligned with client needs
* Support continuous improvement through feedback, research, and site engagement
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the construction on civil engineering industry
* Third-level qualification in a construction or engineering-related discipline desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Confident using Microsoft Office and presentation tools
