We are a framework provider and do cover other areas including Garw, Bryncethin, Maesteg and Bridgend town but we try to keep staff in specific areas as much as possible.

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team to support our clients in day-to-day life within the community. Shifts are available in other areas such as Bryncethin, Maesteg, Garw and Bridgend town.
The role will support people with every aspect of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, check in service and domestic duties. You will work as part of our care team helping to provide care including emotional support to vulnerable adults.
THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN EXPERIENCE & NEW SKILLS.
We do not require experience as a necessity as all training is given. You will also be mentored by your team and a dedicated supervisor in your first few weeks. Although you will require excellent written and verbal skills
