Finance Director – Lincoln - circa £75k & guaranteed bonus Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Finance Director to join a growing owner managed business in Lincoln. Working alongside the MD and the owner of the business, you will not only be an exceptional accountant and hands-on with company finances, but you will also be commercially aware. As Finance Director, you will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and you will be expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes. There will also be an operational responsibility and the ability to grow and develop with the business towards becoming a MD in the future. This is a full-time office-based role.
