Graceage Care located in Halesworth, Suffolk, is expanding and looking for passionate, reliable, and committed Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to build a rewarding career in care, with full UK visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates. This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Assistant located in Halesworth. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing personal care assistance, supporting clients with medication management, meal preparation, and offering companionship. The role also involves ensuring the client's safety, manual handling, and assisting with transportation to appointments or social activities.
Key Requirements:
A valid UK or international driving licence (essential)
Willingness to relocate to Halesworth (IP19 8AR), Suffolk
Right to work in the UK (we offer Certificate of Sponsorship for eligible candidates)
Previous care experience desirable but not essential – full training provided
Kind, patient, and motivated to make a difference in people’s lives

Qualifications
Experience in Patient Care and Medicine
Skills in Manual Handling and Health & Safety
Strong Interpersonal Skills to build meaningful connections with clients
Compassionate, reliable, and a commitment to promoting clients' well-being
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Relevant certifications or training in healthcare assistance is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
