Project Coordinator
Salary up £28k
Permanent, Full time (9am-5pm – however flexibility on offer)
Key Responsibilities
* General administration
* Coordinating engineers and field-based staff
* Managing schedules and documentation
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
* Supporting invoicing and financial administration
* Maintaining accurate records
Essential Requirements
* Previous administration or coordination experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent IT skills (Excel / systems)
Desirable Requirements
* HVAC, construction or engineering experience
* SIMPRO knowledge
* Commercial awareness
* Experience supporting remote engineers
* Finance or accounts administration experience
