Job Duties:
* Supervising and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
* Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
* Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment
* Assisting students with their work and providing support as needed
* Reporting back on student behaviour and progress to the appropriate staff
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to follow lesson plans effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
* Higher education qualifications in relevant subjects
