The Role
The Head Teacher is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, experienced and confident learning support assistant.to work on a 1 to 1 basis with a KS1 pupil. You will be expected to work on a Full-Time basis in Term Time only.
You will be expected to support a pupil directly with their social and educational needs. Working closely with the Class Teacher and SENCo, you can adapt the environment and activities to allow this pupil to access his learning.
You will be expected to:
* Strong positive behaviour management strategies.
* Be enthusiastic, flexible and proactive.
* Have resilience, dealing with daily challenges.
* Be confident working independently and within a team.
* Able to motivate, inspire and challenge children.
