The Team
You’ll be part of the Crewing team within Network Control and the wider Integrated Control Centre, operating 24/7 to ensure safe, legal, and compliant crew rosters across the network.
The team works closely with crew, base teams, rostering, training, FRMS, and other ICC functions to protect safety, maintain on time performance, and support a smooth operation. Network Operations plays a critical role in delivering a safe, reliable, and high-quality service for our customers, working in partnership with Flight Ops, Cabin Services, Ground Ops, Planning, Maintenance, Safety, and Security.
The Role
As a Crewing Officer, you’ll report to the Senior Crewing Officer while on shift and play a key role in managing crew rosters from the day of operation up to three days out. Using the AIMS crew system and decision-support tools, you’ll ensure rosters are safe, legal, and compliant with regulations and agreements, while balancing operational robustness, cost efficiency, fatigue management, and crew wellbeing.
This is a fast-paced, operational role where sound judgement, clear communication, and a strong safety mindset are essential.
