Customer Service Advisor – Sleaford
Steer Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Sleaford.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping manage bookings, providing updates, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
14. Welcome customers in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings and vehicle handovers
16. Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
17. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers
18. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
19. Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
Requirements
20. Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
21. Strong communication and organisational skills
22. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
23. Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
24. Automotive experience is helpful but not essential
