Red Recruitment are recruiting multiple Hedge Cutter operatives, for our locally based client, for the upcoming growing season. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-standard outdoor spaces.
Start Date: 1 st June 2026
Pay: £15.75 per hour
The Role:
Covering various sites across Redditch and surrounding areas.
Hedge trimming and shaping using petrol-driven trimmers.
Some general grounds maintenance including strimming, weeding, and leaf clearance.
Ensuring all green waste is disposed of and sites are left tidy.
Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines, including nesting.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence is essential for travel between sites.
Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
NPTC / LANTRA brush cutter or hedge trimmer certification (desirable).
Applicants are subject to drug and alcohol tests before and during the assignment.
