LAAF Family Day: Traders Open Call, Liverpool Arab Arts Festival
April 3, 2026
The celebratoryFamily Day is the showcase of Liverpool Arab Arts Festival, and returns to Sefton Park’s Palm House for 2026.
Marking 28 years since Liverpool Arab Arts Festival was founded, this year’s event is once again a free celebration of Arab art, culture and community. Featuring music and performance by leading Arab musicians, this large-scale event also includes creative workshops, authentic food and children’s activities.
This year’s Arab Arts Festival Family Day takes place on Sunday 26th July 2026, at the Palm House in Sefton Park, Liverpool, L17 1AP. Trading hours are 12:00 to 17:00. Set up times will be confirmed a little nearer the event.
We especially welcome Traders whose product or service closely aligns with the objectives of LAAF and is suitable for a family audience. This year we’re particularly interested in hearing from authentic Arab & Middle Eastern food traders – but all applications will be considered. Pitch fees will be determined on your responses to the questions below – we will contact you directly via the email address you provide to confirm this as soon as possible. All stall fees must be settled in full ahead of the event.
Please note:
* All Traders will need to be able to provide proof of sufficient Public and Product Liability Insurance cover ahead of the event.
* All Traders are expected to fully comply with current Health & Safety and Environmental Health legislation and adhere to Liverpool City Council’s Trading Standards.
