Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team on-site at our Harrow location. This is a full-time role with responsibilities including consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will ensure that every travel plan is seamlessly executed to meet client expectations, delivering a memorable travel experience.
Qualifications
Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements are essential for understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
Strong expertise in Customer Service and handling Reservations to ensure seamless client experiences.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and systems is preferred.
Proficiency in using travel booking tools and platforms is a valuable asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Experience in travel consultancy or a related field is desirable.
