Working Hours
40 hours per week.
Tuesday – Saturday 09:00 – 18:00.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring product safety, quality and legality through effective support of HACCP and Quality systems.
* Providing day to day support and development of the QA team.
* Conducting product and traceability checks and maintaining the respective documentation.
* Completing and supporting with internal and external audits.
* Maintaining HACCP and Quality systems.
* Reviewing QA data and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
What we are looking for
* Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
* Knowledge of HACCP & quality systems.
* The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
* Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
* Ability to collaborate with other teams of all levels.
* Experience within a food production/manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
