Overview
Neighbourhood Support - Full-Time, Permanent & Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract/Secondment for up to 6 months
We're looking for two Neighbourhood Supports to join our busy and rewarding Neighbourhood Team: one on a full-time, permanent basis and one on a full-time, fixed-term contract. In this varied role, you'll provide essential support to residents and colleagues, helping us deliver excellent housing services across our communities. You'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including setting up and ending tenancies, managing mutual exchanges and lettings, supporting garage applications, and maintaining accurate records. You'll respond to customer enquiries, prepare documents, and liaise with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies to ensure services run smoothly. You'll also support processes related to Aids and Adaptations, income management, planned maintenance, invoice processing, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities

We're seeking applicants with proven administrative experience and sound IT knowledge, who can stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident engaging with residents and partners, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Familiarity with housing services or safeguarding would be beneficial, but full training will be provided. * £29,492 per annum
* 1x Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week and 1 x Fixed Term Contract for up to 6 months
