About the role as an Admissions CRM Project Coordinator
Activate Learning has an exciting opportunity for an Admissions CRM Project Coordinator to join our Marketing & Student Admissions directorate. This is a fantastic role for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to develop their career in project support while contributing to a major organisational change programme.
You will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of our new CRM system. Working closely with the Project Manager, CRM team, and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help coordinate project activity, schedule workshops and meetings, track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure project communications are clear and timely.
This is an excellent development opportunity, and the successful candidate will have the chance to complete a recognised project management qualification or certificate as part of the role.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 1 year and 6 months, with hybrid working based in Reading, though you may need to attend campus at short notice to support operational needs. This role may be considered as a secondment opportunity subject to your current line manager discretion.

About you:
1. Experienced in administrative or coordination roles where organisation and communication are essential
2. Strong attention to detail when updating documents, tracking actions, and managing information
3. Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
4. Able to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and follow up actions effectively
5. Clear communicator who builds positive relationships and contributes to a collaborative team atmosphere
