Job Description Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – £28,000 Leading a room in this nursery means balancing hands-on practice with clear responsibility for quality and consistency. The Nursery Room Leader oversees daily delivery of the EYFS, supports colleagues in the room, and helps shape meaningful learning experiences across a purpose-built setting. The nursery is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and benefits from experienced leadership. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an EYFS nursery. Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.
