Role: Service Desk Advisor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, fully office based
Salary: £24,000 bonus between £2,000 - £2,500 per year
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Service Desk Advisor to join a well established client based in Welwyn Garden City.
Duties of a Service Desk Advisor:
1. Provisioning new orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders, creating and programming phone system schedules.
2. Logging all queries presented ensuring detailed and accurate in our CRM database.
3. Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults.
4. Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones.
5. Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis
6. Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults.
7. Compiling bespoke data reports on customer’s consumption, highlighting and suggesting areas for cost reduction and identifying trends in usage.
8. Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working closely with our finance team.
9. Working with third party suppliers to understand current estate and contractual status, managing and completing caseation of redundant services.
10. Analysis on current consumption against our recommended rates.
11. Creating contracts and comparing invoices are correct to completed contracts.
12. Providing telephone and email support to customers.
