Fram is working with a boutique financial planning firm in London that provides bespoke advice to a loyal client base of senior finance professionals, including hedge fund managers and private investors. The firm is looking to engage with an experienced IFA Administrator to support two advisers across all aspects of client administration. The role involves preparing and submitting new business, maintaining client records, liaising with product providers, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Professionalism and attention to detail are essential, as this position is often the first point of contact for clients.
There is scope to become involved in light paraplanning tasks such as preparing review packs, producing reports, running cashflow models, and assisting with client risk analysis. The position would suit someone who enjoys being closely involved in the client journey within a small, high-performing team.
Candidates should have experience in an IFA or wealth management environment and be comfortable using back-office systems such as Intelliflo, FE Analytics, or MoneyInfo. Strong communication skills, organisation, and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work are key.
