Store Manager | Magherafelt | High Street Retail | Salary up to £33,000 plus bonus and benefits

This growing retailer thrives within the fashion market and continues to expand stores and styles all year round. This flagship store is seeking a Store Manager who can work within a fast paced environment, managing a large team and turnover and commercially excellent.

Store Manager Responsibilities
Driving sales and results: Identify opportunities to increase the store's contribution. From ensuring the company layout is implemented to a high standard to analysing reports, account for the store's success.
Customer service and reputation: Ensure every customer receives a world‑class shopping experience. Lead by example, motivate the team to provide genuine service and encourage upselling across all areas of the store.
Controlling costs and budgets: Drive productivity by effectively managing payroll.
KPI reporting: Track record of managing and delivering KPIs and results.
Store Management experience: Previous experience at a Store Manager or Senior Management level.
Trends, styles and VM: Keep up to date with latest trends and styles, visually execute the store to drive footfall and sales.
Coaching and development: Build an experienced, high‑performing team; coach, train and develop staff for business and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have worked across fashion, footwear or accessories and managed a high team and turnover.
