Customer Account Manager | £30-35,000 | Early Friday Finish
A Customer Account Manager opportunity has become available within a well-established manufacturing and engineering business based in the Willenhall area. Supporting a busy commercial team, this role will act as the key point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring excellent service levels, clear communication, and smooth order progression across multiple engineering programmes.
Working closely with engineering, production, planning, quality, and commercial teams, the successful candidate will support customer relationships from order receipt through to delivery. This position would suit someone with previous experience within Account Management, Customer Service, Commercial Coordination, or Sales Support within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Customer Account Manager responsibilities include -
1. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong long-term relationships
2. Managing customer enquiries, order updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
3. Supporting contract review activities and ensuring customer requirements are communicated internally.
