Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing consistent and professional support Deliver tailored insurance advice and solutions to meet individual client needs Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and all client queries with accuracy and care Work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage options Maintain clear and accurate documentation across all client interactions Ensure every client feels informed, supported and genuinely valued throughout their journey Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler or similar insurance position Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships A proactive, detail focused approach to managing workload and client needs Confident working independently while contributing effectively within a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently Cert CII (or progressing towards it) is advantageous As Insurance Account Handler you'll receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 Bonus per annum, depending on experience along with other benefits.
