A great part-time opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join a reputable and growing accounting provider in Southampton.
This is a hybrid role with flexible hours.
The company is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join a supportive and friendly team. Your role will include payroll management, maintaining accurate financial records for clients, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting the broader accounting practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
2. Maintain up-to-date employee records and payroll documentation.
3. Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
4. Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
What We're Looking For
1. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
2. AAT qualification (or working towards it).
