Office Admin/Administrator
To Assist the Care Manager with day to day running of the office working in a Nursing/Care home. Must have knowledge of using a computer and answering the phone and experience in working in a care/Nursing home
Knowledge of using PCS is useful
Will work closely with the care home Manager
Must have skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of care and helping with care plans, risk assessments
The role will involve the day to day running of the office and liasing with the staff and visitors coming in and out of the home on a daily basis
Other duties will involve ordering supplies and equipment
The wages will be based on the number of hours agreed and they may be some flexibility
This is a office based role
