An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Support Officer. This role is a key member of the HR team, providing administration and project support, as well as routine guidance to all stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent HR experience. You must be experienced in using various systems and databases, extracting workforce information, and producing reports that offer insightful workforce metrics. The postholder will also be responsible for coordinating Agenda for Change Job Evaluation within the Board, overseeing all related activities.
Excellent communication and people management skills, along with a solution-focused approach, are essential for this role.
