About the Role
Odin Childcare is recruiting on behalf of a well-established early years setting in Greater Manchester, known for its outstanding provision and commitment to securing the best start in life for every child.
Were looking for a passionate, nurturing, and energetic Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team working specifically with children aged under two. You'll be part of a collaborative, experienced staff group who value creativity, inclusion, and developmental excellence.
What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting babies and toddlers in a warm, responsive, and stimulating environment
* Working in partnership with families in a diverse, multilingual community
* Communicating clearly and compassionately with children, staff, and parents
* Contributing to planning, observations, and learning journeys in line with EYFS
* Playing an active role in team discussions and continuous professional development
What Were Looking For
* A recognised Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
* Experience working with children under two years old (preferred)
* Strong understanding of child development and early years best practice
* A team player who brings ideas, energy, and a desire to grow
* Confidence in working in a diverse, inclusive setting
* Commitment to safeguarding and creating a secure learning space
