Deputy Manager - Nursery
Supply Desk are seeking a Deputy Manager for a Nursery in Southampton.
£120-£130 per day depending on experience.
Location: Southampton.
Hours: Full time either 8-5 or 9-6, 5 days a week.

Job Description
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 4 years in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
* Be trained to be a Deputy Safe Guarding Lead within the Nursery.
* Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child's needs are met.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
* Manage a small staff to ensure children are well looked after and planned for.
What you will need
* Relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
* Genuine passion for working with children and commitment to their well-being and development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
