The role:
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver fresh, high-quality meals
* Oversee menu planning, stock control, and ordering
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
* Deliver consistency while managing kitchen budgets effectively
About you:
* Experienced Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up)
* Passionate about fresh food and team leadership
* Strong organisational and communication skills
