As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
* Assist clients with his care needs during the night, including personal care, and medication management.
* Monitor client breathing and record any concerns to the care manager
* Support client in maintaining his independence while providing companionship and emotional support.
* Implement and follow care plans tailored to client's specific needs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with client, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in his medical condition.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Experience or knowledge of working in clients home care is highly desirable.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
* Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
