OTE: £26,000 - £33,000 - Profit Share, Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for a highly motivated Branch Manager – Estate Agent to lead our residential sales team in Fakeham, working within our well-known Abbotts estate agency.
This is a great opportunity for an established Estate Agent seeking progression and a step into branch management in residential sales. The branch offers a platform for you to excel as a manager, supported by an Area Manager and a team dedicated to growing market share and developing your career. The main goal of the Branch Manager – Estate Agent role is to maximize the branch’s income and profitability.

Key responsibilities of a Branch Manager – Estate Agent:
Running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service. Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets. Maximizing opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, sales, and mortgage introductions. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to succeed in their careers.
Skills and experience required:
* Preferably experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer seeking progression
* Proven Sales Management experience
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
* Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A Full UK driving licence
