Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (fixed hours)
Working Pattern: No weekends | No overnight stays

Our client, a charitable supported housing provider in Eastbourne, is seeking an experienced Housing Support Officer to join their established team.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them progress towards greater independence in a safe and structured supported housing environment. You will be part of an established and supportive team delivering high-quality housing support.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1/2 years' experience working with adults in supported housing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Calm, resilient, and professional approach
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Experience maintaining professional boundaries
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
* Living within a short driving distance of Eastbourne
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable
* Knowledge of INFORM
* Experience supporting vulnerable or complex needs
