Light Assembly Operatives (Afternoon Shift) Location: Rugby (Central Park) * 14:00 - 22:30 Pay: £14.22 per hour (£12.50 + shift allowance) Contract: Full Time - Temp to Perm (No students) We are looking for 3 experienced assembly operatives who can commit to a full-time role at a busy engineering company in Rugby. This is light, delicate work in a cleanroom environment. You will: * Use microscopes * Handle small quantities of chemicals * Follow precise instructions * Conduct quality checks * Carefully handle ceramic products Although full training on the company's processes will be provided, it is essential that candidates: * Live locally to Rugby * Have previous experience in assembly work * Are confident working with small, delicate components What's on offer: * £14.22 per hour (£12.50 + shift allowance) * 37 hours paid per week * Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment * Excellent on-site facilities * Full training provided * Genuine job security - this will lead to a permanent role
