Service Contracts Co-ordinator
Location: Enfield | Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 (1/2 hr unpaid lunch) | Salary: Up to £30,000 p.a. dependent upon experience. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Contracts Co-ordinator to join our team.
The Service Contract Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing service contracts for our fleet of Volvo trucks, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution of all service-related activities.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee service contracts for Volvo truck fleet.
* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
* Monitor contract performance and address issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Match solutions to customer needs and provide contract-related guidance as required.
* Support contract administration, including data entry and CRM updates.
* Organise and coordinate regular communications (e.g., Teams calls) to ensure process adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in the motor vehicle industry, preferably with a background in a commercial environment.
* Excellent administration skills with attention to detail and strong presentation abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
* Organised and methodical, able to manage daily tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Negotiation skills with ability to achieve win/win outcomes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Understanding of Operator’s Licence laws and regulations.

What’s in it for you?
* Resolve contract queries, including novations, and provide POC/CQ advice when required.
* Follow up on contract sales leads and work to close sales.
* Monitor excess mileage charges and conduct reviews with relevant teams.
* Ensure all outstanding contracts are loaded in a timely manner and Salesforce is kept up to date.
* Offer contract extensions to existing customers and support contract hire returns with designated points of contact.
* Organise and participate in regular process reviews and workload planning with teams.
