We are working on behalf of an exceptional fine-dining European restaurant in Central London to recruit a talented Chef de Partie. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded kitchen with a strong culinary identity, excellent produce, and a professional, supportive brigade.
Our client is known for refined European cooking, seasonal menus, and high standards of execution. They are seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality, consistency, and progression within a fine-dining environment.
The Role: Running a section to a consistently high standard
Working with premium, seasonal ingredients
Maintaining excellent organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Supporting junior chefs and contributing positively to the brigade
Upholding food safety and kitchen standards at all times
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a fine-dining or high-end European restaurant
Solid classical cooking foundations and attention to detail
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Passion for high-quality food and continuous improvement
Eligible to work in the UK
