You won't just be filling a role, you'll be helping design workflows, set clinical standards, and influence the culture of the practice. You'll get: Full-time hours (around 40 per week, Monday-Friday 9am-7pm) Saturday work on a fair 1 in 2 rota (9am-5pm) No out-of-hours shifts Flexibility to discuss part-time options We want you to feel supported, challenged, and inspired all while having the time to enjoy life outside work. About You: We're looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who: Is RCVS-registered with 2 years' experience in small animal practice Confident with routine medical and surgical procedures Communicates well with clients and colleagues Enjoys working as part of a team but is comfortable with occasional sole charge Is interested in developing a clinical interest area with certificates fully supported If you love variety, growth, and making a real impact, you'll thrive here.
