As Night Manager, you will support the Management Team in driving the effective operation of the Front Office and other outlets, upholding the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations during the Night period.
* Provide leadership to the night team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused environment.
* Assume responsibilities for the health, safety, and security of the guests and hotel during the night period.
* Oversee the completion of night audits and prepare financial and operational reports.
* Respond promptly and professionally to any guest complaints, adhering to hotel policies and escalating as necessary.
* Uphold Hyatt's commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to all guests.
We're seeking a professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your local knowledge of Manchester's vibrant culture, restaurants, and shopping areas will enhance our guests' stays. Previous experience in a similar role is essential (three to five years in a 4 or 5-star property).
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Opera hotel system is mandatory.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Ability to manage pressure, resolve conflicts, and respond promptly to guest needs.
