Description
Who We Are & Why This Role Exists
MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. For over 30 years, we've been the trusted partner to major Hollywood studios, independent producers, and the wider creative ecosystem, ensuring content creators are paid fairly and organisations respect copyright.
As we continue to scale across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia, we're investing in our people and strengthening the way we operate globally. With our executive team working frequently across time zones, managing international travel, and attending global events, we are now hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high level support and keep our operations running seamlessly.
The Role in Two Sentences
Provide proactive, highlevel support to the executive team, including complex diary management, extensive international travel coordination, global meeting scheduling, and executive communications.
Act as a central point of coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring information flows smoothly and accurately between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders worldwide.
What You'll Do
As our Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, keeping them informed, prepared, and operating smoothly. You'll manage complex international diaries, coordinate global meetings, prepare meeting materials, and handle confidential information with care. You'll oversee endtoend international travel, support global events, and anticipate changes before they happen. You'll ensure clear, timely communication across teams and regions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and keep information flowing accurately. You'll also handle expenses, documentation, presentations, and research, while tracking tasks and deadlines to keep everything running efficiently
You'll love this role if...
You're exceptionally organised, detail oriented, and thrive on structure, expertly balancing global priorities, shifting time zones, lastminute travel changes, and packed executive schedules.
A natural communicator, you build strong relationships across countries and cultures, instinctively understanding what's sensitive, what's business critical, and what needs to be shared immediately.
You're confident prioritising in a fast paced environment, making decisions, escalating when needed, and keeping the executive team focused on what matters.
With solid international experience, you're comfortable coordinating across continents, whether scheduling global calls, navigating complex travel logistics, or supporting leaders who are always on the move.
Let's be honest
This role is pivotal to how smoothly our global leadership team operates. We need someone who brings order to complexity, thinks three steps ahead, and genuinely enjoys being the organisational backbone of a fast-growing international company.
With teams and leaders spread globally, flexibility around working hours will occasionally be required to accommodate earlymorning or evening meetings.
In return, you'll have autonomy, trust, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a company that's growing quickly and doing things differently.
