Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex | Office-based
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits

Compliance Officer
We are working with an innovative for-profit housing association building high quality homes for shared ownership and affordable rent across Greater London.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Officer to strengthen their governance, risk and regulatory frameworks. This is a key role supporting senior leadership and the Board, ensuring they meet all organisation, legal and regulatory obligations while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What you will do
* Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and grant funding requirements
* Develop and embed policies and procedures across the organisation
* Maintain the risk register and produce dashboards, KRIs and Board reports
* Lead compliance reviews and improvement plans
* Support internal and external audits
* Deliver staff training and promote ethical best practice
* Liaise with regulators, auditors and key external stakeholders
What we are looking for
* Experience in compliance, governance or risk (housing sector desirable)
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* High integrity and a commitment to good governance
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Relevant degree desirable
