Private Client Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
to join our team in Blackpool. This is a full‑time, office‑based position, with part‑time considered for the right candidate.

We are based in Blackpool & Lancaster and cover the wider Lancashire area. Job description
* This is a full-time (Part-time available to the right candidate), on-site role for a Private Client Solicitor or Cilex Lawyer, located in Blackpool. The role involves managing a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, contentious Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Daily responsibilities include drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, liaising with clients on various matters, and representing clients in Court of Protection or estate disputes, where applicable.
* Accurately record all time within the accounting software and keeping Clients informed of progression on matters.
* Uploading correspondence and communications to case management systems and keeping them updated for audit purposes.
* Writing out to all assets and liability organisations in a timely and efficient manner.
Due to the development and expansion of our Private Client department, we are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Qualified Solicitor/ Cilex Lawyer to work alongside our highly reputable team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of complex wills, statutory wills, and administration of estates amongst other private client matters.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor or Cilex Lawyer with relevant accreditations
* Ideally expertise in all Private Client Legal areas that we cover, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, LPA's, Contested Wills & Inheritance Disputes, Court of Protection.
* Experience in Residential Property matters is desirable but not a requirement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and client management skills
* Commitment to providing client-centered, high-quality legal advice
* Can confidently manage and organise their own caseload
The Candidate
* Private Client Solicitor with post-qualification experience
* Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge
* Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
* Driving Licence (Full, clean and valid) (Preferred)
