This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies. As a Support worker you give us flexibility to cover shifts whilst ensuring that the people we support deal with as little disruption as possible. Within this role you will be able to work across our supported living services, you will be lone working and you will be required to do sleep-in's.
